My Story

For more than fourty years I fixed simple Panini for my family and friends using the best ingredients money can buy, stuff the bread, brush a little butter, press to Crispy, then add a slice of pickle and OH BOY ...... My family and friends kept asking me to open up a shop and let the world taste the goodness of Simplicity.
